The Empire (State) Strikes Back. Darth Hochul and her forces are truly evil. I always hated that movie; left after it ended as a kid thinking: “So what now? The forces of evil win, and the brave fighters with heart on the rebel side get sent packing, scattered and (at least for now) defeated?”
I hated that feeling - same reason I voted early this year.
We the people are sitting in a jail right now. The authorities have convinced us there's no use in trying to escape. What we've forgotten is that the door is unlocked.
Say what one will about the Rockefeller's, but the state that Nelson Rockefeller governed, created the New York Power Authority, which built nuclear and hydroelectric facilities to supply the residents of NYS with power for their homes and businesses, created and built the New York State University system, and improved the state and county roads. So, a government do certain things well and at scale. On the negative they created the tyranny of the Adirondack Park Agency, but when it burns 5-6 millions of forest and portions of the region the size of Yellowstone National park, that issue will self correct itself. Or a DEC, that has real powers of police, to without a warrant, destroy a family's life, basically because they can.
Now fast forward to this sad hopeless mid-wit Governor placed in office after her corrupt Boss got run out of Albany, telling 28% of the registered voters in the State that she runs, that they are anti American. Or, simply get on a bus and go to Florida you're not welcome here. Wow, how inclusive a party she heads in the Empire State. Ah yes, as Governor Hochul well knows, first they came for the Republicans, then they came for the unions, and then came for the Catholics and then the Jews and so forth, but because she actually has never read a long book, forgets or doesn't know, for the dialectic she espouses to complete itself, she is ultimately going to find herself face to face with the real new leaders of the revolution. She might ask Leon Trotsky how it works out when your party turns on you and the revolution runs away from you.
None of this will end well for NY State or the Nation, but don't tell Governor Hochul that, there are not enough large sized crayons in the 3 primary colors or enough white sheets of copy paper to explain how it all concludes to her. Who would have though a squirrel named Peanut could haul down a government?!
It's not the squirrel and racoon. It's us that they want to be SURE that know our place. Object to your child being indoctrinated or transitioned and expect the same treatment.

This is sick and demented. It is insane how the government has turned on its own citizens. Just remember if we think things are bad now, never forget, keeping the deep state in control will only make things worse.
The government has a legitimate function to control the spread of rabies. But a massive armed raid to seize a single squirrel is not how it should be done. This is the petty tyranny that our Founders feared writ large.
